Mo Yangrong Technology LLC (hereinafter, "the Company"), operating through its online store (hereinafter, "the Store"), establishes this Returns and Refunds Policy, which applies to all purchases made through this website. 1. Delivery Times
All our products are shipped from international warehouses. Estimated delivery times are 30 to 45 calendar days from order confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on the recipient's location, product availability, customs clearance, and courier service conditions.
The stated deadlines are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, holidays, health contingencies, or any cause of force majeure beyond our control. The customer acknowledges and accepts these delivery times at the time of purchase.
2. General Conditions for Requesting a Return
For a return request to be considered, all of the following conditions must be met:

The request must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

The customer must provide photographic or video evidence of the product and its packaging at the time of receipt.

The request must be sent via email to bestbuyza.shop@gmail.com, including: order number, full name of the buyer, detailed description of the reason, and visual evidence.
Returns that do not comply with all these requirements will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product received has factory damage or obvious defects, the customer must:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Send clear photographs or video showing the damage or defect, along with a photo of the external packaging.

Do not handle, attempt to repair, or alter the damaged product.
Once the damage is verified by our team, at our sole discretion, we may offer: a) Reshipment of the same product at no additional cost, or b) Store credit for the value of the product, or c) A partial or full refund.
The Company reserves the right to choose the applicable solution. A full refund will only be granted when reshipment or store credit is not possible.
4. Products NOT Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Products that have been used, washed, assembled, modified, or damaged by the customer.

Products whose original packaging has been destroyed, damaged, or lost by the customer.

Requests made outside the timeframe established in Section 2.

Personal hygiene products, underwear, health accessories, or intimate items.

Items on sale, clearance, or special promotion, unless they have a factory defect.

Dissatisfaction due to minor differences in color, size, or texture due to variations inherent to digital photography and screen calibration.

Orders where the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

The customer was not at the address at the time of delivery and the package was returned to the sender or lost by the courier service.
5. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after order confirmation. Once the product has been dispatched from the warehouse, it will not be possible to cancel the order under any circumstances. If the customer wishes to cancel after this period, they must wait to receive the product and follow the return process described in Section 2, assuming the corresponding costs.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days after the request is approved. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error attributable to the Company. In the event of a refund for a damaged product, the Company may deduct up to 15% of the product value for administrative and management costs, unless the damage is clearly attributable to a factory defect.
7. Return Cost
The cost of return shipping is borne exclusively by the customer, except in cases where the error is directly attributable to the Company (incorrect product sent or proven factory defect). Returned products must be sent with a valid tracking number. The Company is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
8. Claims for Unreceived Packages
If the customer has not received their order within 50 calendar days after the purchase confirmation, they may open a claim by sending an email to bestbuyza.shop@gmail.com. The Company will verify the shipment status with the logistics service. If the loss of the package is confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion, reshipment of the product or a refund. If the tracking system shows the package as "delivered," no refund or reshipment will be granted. The customer must file their claim directly with the courier service.
9. Modifications to this Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time and without prior notice. The current version will always be the one published on this website at the time of purchase.
