This Shipping Policy (hereinafter, "the Policy") regulates the conditions, deadlines, and procedures applicable to the shipment of products purchased through this website (hereinafter, "the Store" or "the Site"), operated by Mo Yangrong Technology LLC (hereinafter, "the Company," "we," or "our").
By placing an order in the Store, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms of this Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship throughout the territory of South Africa.
The Company reserves the right to restrict shipments to certain geographic areas, postal codes, or hard-to-reach locations when logistical conditions do not allow for guaranteed safe delivery.
Shipping availability to a specific location will be confirmed during the checkout process. If shipping to the provided address is not possible, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded.
2. Origin of Shipments
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the products offered in the Store are shipped from international warehouses located outside of South Africa. This implies that:

Packages must undergo customs clearance processes upon entering South African territory.

Transit times are longer than those for domestic shipments.

The logistical process may involve multiple transport operators (air, sea, land) and local last-mile services.

The stated deadlines are estimates based on normal operating conditions and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.

The timeframe begins from order confirmation, not from the date the payment was made.

Extraordinary circumstances may extend the deadlines beyond the estimated 45 days. In these cases, the Company will inform the Customer about the status of their shipment to the extent that information is available from the logistics operator.
4. Causes of Delay Beyond Our Control
The Company will not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

Delays in customs clearance or inspections by South African customs authorities or any other competent body.

Tariffs, import taxes, or retention of packages by tax authorities.

Holidays, vacation periods, or high-demand seasons both in the country of origin and in South Africa.

Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, health contingencies, or any event of force majeure.

Strikes, labor stoppages, or union conflicts affecting transport or courier services.

Saturation of distribution centers or limited capacity of last-mile services in rural, remote, or hard-to-reach areas.

Government restrictions, embargoes, regulatory modifications, or changes in import policies.
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, when applicable, will be calculated and shown during the checkout process before order confirmation.

In the event that the Store offers free shipping, such promotion will apply only under the conditions specified in the offer (minimum purchase amount, eligible products, geographic area, etc.).

Paid shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases expressly contemplated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
6. Taxes and Customs Charges

Products shipped from abroad may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges established by South African tax authorities.

These charges are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

The Company has no control or prior knowledge of the amounts that customs authorities might apply to each shipment, as these depend on the type of product, declared value, frequency of imports by the recipient, and the criteria of the competent authority.

The Customer's refusal to pay customs charges will result in the retention or return of the package by customs. In these cases, no refund will be granted.
7. Order Tracking

Once the product is dispatched, the Customer will receive a tracking number and, when available, a tracking link via email.

The tracking number may take between 5 and 10 business days to activate and show tracking information in the logistics operator's systems. This activation period is normal and does not indicate a problem with the shipment.

During international transit or customs clearance, tracking may not update for several days. This does not mean the package is lost.

The Company provides tracking information as received from the logistics operator and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time updates of said information.
8. Customer Responsibility Regarding Shipping Address

The Customer is solely and exclusively responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address, including: recipient's full name, street, house/apartment number, suburb, postal code, city, province/state, and contact phone number.

The Company is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, returns, or losses derived from: incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping data; non-existent or inaccessible addresses for the courier service; absence of the recipient at the time of delivery; or the recipient's refusal to receive the package.

Free reshipments or refunds will not be made when delivery fails due to causes attributable to the Customer.
9. Shipping Address Changes

Changes to the shipping address are only possible within the first 12 hours after order confirmation and provided the product has not been dispatched from the warehouse.

After this period or once the product has been dispatched, it will not be possible to modify the address under any circumstances.

Requests for address changes must be made via email to bestbuyza.shop@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the new complete address.
10. Lost Packages

If the Customer has not received their order after 50 calendar days from the purchase confirmation, they may open a claim for a lost package by sending an email to bestbuyza.shop@gmail.com with their order number.

The Company will verify the shipment status with the logistics operator. The investigation process may take between 10 and 20 business days.

If the loss is confirmed, the Company, at its sole discretion, may offer: reshipment of the product at no additional cost; store credit for the value of the product; or a partial or total refund.

If the tracking system indicates that the package was "delivered," the Company will not grant a refund or reshipment, regardless of whether the Customer declares not having received it. In these cases, the Customer must file their claim directly with the courier service or competent authorities.
11. Packages Damaged During Transit

If the Customer receives a package with visible damage to the outer packaging, they must document the condition of the package with photographs or video before opening it, and notify the Company within 48 hours of receipt by sending the visual evidence to bestbuyza.shop@gmail.com.

If the inner product is also damaged, the conditions of our Returns and Refunds Policy apply.

Acceptance of the package without documentation of the damage and without notification within the established period will be considered as conformity with the condition of the received product.
12. Partial Deliveries

Depending on inventory availability and warehouse location, an order with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different dates.

Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided via email.

The partial receipt of an order does not constitute grounds for a claim nor does it entitle the customer to a refund as long as the remaining products are within the estimated delivery period.
13. Modifications to this Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time and without prior notice. The current version will always be the one published on this Site at the time of purchase.
